Supervision
As well as working as a therapist I offer one to one supervision either on-line or in person.
If you're looking for a supervisor then I don't believe there's any substitute for meeting to see if we would be a good fit. However, if you'd like a little background info before doing that:
First and foremost I am a relational, integrative supervisor.
As with my therapeutic practice, I believe that supervision is a relational process. The working relationship between supervisor and supervisee is not only vital to healthy, helpful supervision, it can also be one of the most useful lenses through which to view supervisee-client relationships.
Having said that, I do love a bit of theory. And sometimes throwing several theoretical frameworks at the wall until one sticks can be just as helpful as it can be fun. (I really do think it's fun).
My supervision style is informed by being a registered accredited therapist with over four thousand hours’ experience working with adult individuals and couples.
On top of that I hold a post-graduate certificate in relational supervision. (You can read more about the theoretical model underpinning this in Chidiac et. al.'s paper here.)
And all of this is built on nearly thirty years’ experience as a manager, coach and mentor in big (and small!) business.

Fees are dependent upon how often we meet. There's more information about where I'm located and getting touch here.
